By accessing or using AlertGenie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

AlertGenie provides stock and cryptocurrency price alert notifications, a trading journal, and performance analytics tools. The Service is available in Free and Pro subscription tiers.

Free Tier: Up to 3 active price alerts, 10 journal entries, and manual price refresh.

Pro Tier: 15 active price alerts, unlimited journal entries, SMS and push notifications, advanced analytics, and automatic price monitoring. Elite tier offers unlimited alerts.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

SMS alert functionality is available to Pro subscribers who opt in by providing their phone number and consenting to receive automated text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your alert settings and market conditions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, disabling SMS in settings, or removing your phone number.

AlertGenie does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The Service is a tool for monitoring prices and logging trades. All trading decisions are made solely by you at your own risk.

Price data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.

AlertGenie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed alerts, delayed notifications, or inaccurate price data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@alertgenie.org.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
